Vakuumventile und Gasdosierungssysteme
|
INFICON bietet ein vollständiges Sortiment an Vakuumventilen, -anschlussstücken und -durchführungen für alle Vakuumanwendungen. Unsere anpassbaren beheizten Ventile und Anschlussstücke wurden speziell für Abgasleitungen von Ätzprozessen in der Halbleiterherstellung entwickelt. INFICON Gasdosierungscontroller steuern den Druck, indem sie mit den Vakuummetern von INFICON kommunizieren.
Komponenten von INFICON sind zu 100% bis in einen Bereich von weniger als 1 x 10^-9 mbar -l -s auf Lecks getestet. Oberflächenvergütungen, Schweißnähte und Materialeigenschaften entsprechen den Anforderungen im Hochvakuumbereich oder übertreffen diese sogar. Ventile, Anschlussstücke und Durchführungen von INFICON sind in Edelstahl und Aluminium erhältlich. Die Bauweise der Flansche entspricht den internationalen Standards ISO 2861, ISO 1609, und ISO 3669.
